Leaf Protection

There are an overwhelming ammount of different Gutter Guard Products out there.  As a home owner, it is almost impossible to know whitch ones work, and which ones don't, so we've done the leg work for you.

There are three things you need to consider when you are choosing the right Gutter Guard for your home:

1) What kind of debris do you have falling onto your roof (oak leafs, pine needles, redwood needles/pods,ect.)?  Different Gutter Guards work better for different types of debris.

2) What type of roof do you have (composition shingle, tile, metal, torchdown/tar & gravel, ect.)?  Some Gutter Guards will only work with certain types of roofs.

3) What is your budget for new Gutter Guards?  Generally the cost of a Gutter Guard is proportional to the ammount of maintanence required.

Hinged Screen:

The Hinged Screen Gutter Guard is our least expensive Leaf Protection Product.  Simular to our Gutter material, the screen is galvanized steel, with a baked on enamel.  The screen is clipped to the front of the Gutter and lays on the roof.  This design makes it easy to flip these guards up to clean out any debris that has fallen through.  This product works well with composition shingle roofs, but aslo works with some tile, metal, and flat roofs.  As shown in the pictures above, the debris will accumulate on the roof rather than in the Gutter.  This keeps the Rain Gutters Functioning properly, and makes Gutter and roof cleaning a whole lot easier.
